Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

At this time all deliveries will be made to Margaret Stenerson Elementary and distributed via PAC volunteers, this will be done during school days only, and deliveries will be made to the school 1-2× per month unless other deadlines are discussed prior with a member of our team. 

In the even that deliveries are needing to be expedited those orders are subject to a rush fees which will be addressed at time of order placement.    home delivery within abbotsford and Mission, BC during summer months can be arranged however those are also subject to shipping fees.  

  1. Shipping Costs and Options: Items can be pickup up at Margaret Stenersen Elementary School on scheduled times that will be the 1st (or the following monday if the 1st falls on a weekend)  and if substantial orders to come in a second monthly delivery time will be announced via PAC or you will be contacted via e-mail from us directly. 

Shipping/home delivery , BC:

  1. Shipping Availability:  if you require an order to be shipped directly to your home this is subject to shipping fees based on local pricing, and vary based on delivery requirement.   Please feel free to contact us for any items needing shipping and we would be happy to get you a shipping quote asap.  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund and Exchange Policy

We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. To ensure your satisfaction, we have established the following refund and exchange policy:

  1. Refunds:

    • We offer refunds only in cases where the product is found to have a manufacturing defect. If you encounter such an issue, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process and initiate a refund or exchange once we confirm the defect.

  2. Exchanges:

    • We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product for various reasons. We provide a 7-day exchange window from the date of purchase. If the product you received is in good condition but does not meet your sizing requirements, you may exchange it for an alternative size or for an item of equal or lesser value.

    • The exchanged product must be unworn and unwashed.

    • Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will assist you in finding a suitable replacement or offer you a store credit.

  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Except for cases involving manufacturing defects, all purchases are non-refundable. 

    • **personalized items do not qualify for exchange or refund**

  4. Return Procedure:

    • To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team.  Provide them with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information.

    • Our customer service representative will guide you through the return process, including providing you with the necessary instructions 

  5. Condition of Returned Items:

    • For refunds or exchanges, the returned items must be in their original condition, including all accessories

    • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned items are damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition.
